I love Romans 9, 10, and 11.

I love this part of Romans because it presents so many unanswerable questions.

And I love to deal with unanswerable questions in scripture.

I think it's good to ask questions that can't be answered. That's the way the Bible teaches.

It poses questions that have no human answers, nor ever will. And it keeps you humble.

But on the other hand, you're supposed to continue to try to answer the questions.

Romans chapter 11 starts with that question.

I say then, hath God cast away his people.

God forbid.

That's a rhetorical question that you might throw away.

Indeed, much of the church has. Much of the church believes that God has

thrown away the Jews, and that they'll never be revived again. And it is the role of the church

to take over the prophetic promises. And we've been through this a dozen different ways.

Paul then launches into why Israel has gone through what Israel has gone through,

and I might add, is going through to the present day. We're going to start in Romans 1111,

which is where we left off two weeks ago, where Paul asks another rhetorical question,
