We now have what can only be described as a hiatus period with one prime minister

going in, another prime minister coming out. I'm not quite sure of the order of that, but it's all

going on in Balmoral, up in Scotland near Balleter, a beautiful part of the world, a bit of

the Cairn Gorms over there, near Aberdeen. Boris Johnson left Downing Street this morning after making a speech at 7.30am.

Pretty early, actually.

He was roundly applauded by all the people inside of Downing Street.

He makes his merry way off into the rest of his life.
