What got you involved in this project?

You know, I was actually working toward a project about Robert Moses for a number of

years in Larry Mohn of the Manhattan Institute approached my wife and I in late 2019 about

doing a project about, you know, the turnaround in New York City in the 90s.

And my family was in and out of the city from 86 to 95.

I was 15 when Rudolph Giuliani was elected.

So it's in New York City, I actually remember.

And so having already been steeped in a ton of New York history, it made sense to say,
