I wish the real Tab Hunter was on a pile of clothes on top of my bed. He'd be 90 years old and dead. Listen, he was still hot until the day he died.

I know Lorenzo is very happy to hear that the Gilded Age has been renewed.

I'm so excited because sometimes I'm late watching it.

You watch it first.

And every time I watch, first of all, I get so excited because it's, I mean, come on.

You can't take that the whole thing seriously, obviously.

But it's just so entertaining.

The costume is everything.

And everyone is so talented.

A great group of actors.

It's not quality television. I'm not going to pretend that it is. It's not quality television.

But it's pretty television full of very good actors.

Yes.

And something I've tried to get across in our recaps this season is that Julian

Fellows, the showrunner of the Guild of Age and also of Dalton Abbey. He made his name on both shows.

He's very good. We can roll our eyes at all of the silliness of his plots and all of the clichés.

I mean, everything is so stale. Every lady's maid is scheming and plotting. Every young daughter is, you know, running off

with the wrong man. He always returns to the same soap opera plots over and over and over again.
