Hey guys, happy Tuesday. Hope everyone's doing okay. I had a very interesting occurrence this morning.

I was outside. I was walking to go get coffee.

And I was like, oh, I'm going to stop by. I'm going to stop by the food truck. There's this food truck on the street that makes really, really good breakfast sandwiches. But you have to get there

like before 9 a.m. if you want the croissants.

Now, if you were a New York person, you already know where I'm going with this. New York people,

we absolutely love bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. And that's one word, bacon, egg, and cheese.

It's not bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant It's not bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

It's bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

There is something synonymous with New York,

almost as much as, like, the bodega coffee cups that you get,

and the chopped cheese up in Harlem,

and the taco trucks down in Brooklyn.

Like, if you have ever lived here or spent the night here,

you've had a bacon, bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

It is the epitome of the perfect breakfast sandwich.
