The hard will be really hard and the truths we share are the ugliest of humanity.

We don't intend to make it seem like it's all fine or to pretty up the pain.

But we also know that the joy we found is all the more profound because of the pain. So we hope you can stick with us through the ugly

So for this episode, we want to kind of stay along the same lines of just giving an update on where we are.

For those of you who follow us on Instagram and Facebook on our social

media, you've seen us post some of the most recent threats that have come because, yes,

the threats are continuing to come. They're disturbing. They're very disturbing, very, very

triggering too. Like any normal person out there would read them and just be

like that's disturbing but i read them and am horrifyingly triggered and transported back to so much

of what they've said we're having a lot of success in managing that in a way now that maybe was harder before.

So for anybody listening, please know, it's not like it used to be.
