Summary

Do you want to make a change in your life, but you can’t find the energy to actually do it? Do you think you’re only worthy of rest after you work to the point of exhaustion? Today’s episode will inspire you to reprioritize, find balance, and chase your dreams. As Rachel sits in the eye of the storm before a very intense week, she contemplates how her life got to this moment. A few years ago, she was burnt out. Now, she has released a new course and is on her way to LA for something secret and special. Can she continue to chase her dreams in a sustainable way? Or will she add too much to her plate again until she loses herself in the process? Our default behavior is not always peace - sometimes its coping mechanisms we create to protect us. That’s why it’s so important to stay intensely present on this journey. You always have a chance for a new life and a new beginning. Tune in to reset yours. Welcome, welcome, welcome my loves. It's time for another episode of the Yoga Girl podcast conversations from the hearts.

0:13.6

I am sitting here right now in the middle of...

0:20.5

in the middle of what feels like the eye of the hurricane, you know, like the middle of the center of the vortex,

0:27.8

the quiet place in the midst of just a wild, wild time. And I can laugh about it now because it is

0:39.2

hilarious that I am where I am in this moment and I'm gonna and I'm gonna tell you all about it.

0:48.0

So where to begin? Okay, I think I should begin with this with this big thing. So the home course

0:53.5

started, which oh, I closed my eyes and I get goosebumps head to toe, I close my eyes and I have

1:03.3

this honestly, I was nervous about of course, I mean, I've been planning and creating this course

1:07.9

for over a year and I was nervous about what is it gonna feel like to be in a virtual life circle?

1:15.6

And I was worried like what if it isn't intimate enough for what if people don't open up and

1:21.3

share from a genuine place? What if people kind of are closed off or behind their computers and

1:26.6

not connecting with each other? And you know, I was nervous about that. And of course, you know,

1:33.0

humans being humans and this work being this work, we had our opening circle on Sunday,

1:40.4

so a couple days ago. And it was everything I wanted it to be. I mean, truly, it was everything I

1:48.0

wanted it to be. Once the circle was open, pre-live was chaos. Okay, I'm going to tell you all

1:54.4

about that because that's just that's how Dennis and I roll whenever we enter something super important.

2:00.4

But it was everything I wanted it to be, you know, and part of that and I know that this is the case

2:05.4

as well. So whenever I have a big thing, right, and a big thing could be a live event, it could be

2:13.3

a book tour, it could be a teacher training, it could be a home course, like a big thing, right?

2:18.5

And there's always a component to that that involves Dennis, like of course, like Dennis and I work

2:23.3

together. He has a big role in the company. He produces, you know, all the video, he does all the

2:29.3

videography and the filming of everything we do. He sets up all the live sessions. And when we're in
