The trial centered around a track meet in a Dallas suburb last year when Anthony walked under a tent belonging to Metcalf's team.

After Anthony was repeatedly asked to leave,

police say Metcalf pushed him, and then Anthony pulled out a knife, stabbing him in the chest.

Metcalfe died in the arms of his twin brother. Defense attorneys argued Anthony acted in self-defense,

but prosecutors called it murder, plain and simple, saying you can meet a shove with a shove, but you don't

get to meet a shove with a stab. Well, prosecutors and jurors yesterday said it was murder, plain and

simple. Yeah, incredibly unfortunate trial, seven days long, three hours of deliberation, murder,

you know, clearly murder. So you go to a track meet and you're going to go into the other team's tent to like try to be

intimidating or whatever?

You bring a knife with you?

Well, yeah, the first part, maybe he was just looking for a place to sit and decided I'm going to sit under this team's tent.

And they asked him to leave.

But yeah, he had a deadly weapon with him at a track meet.
