Summary

So many times people have the misconception that life is a straight line from start to finish. Like some sort of tight rope from birth, to teenager, to adult, to senior, to our death, but in your personal experience wouldn't you say that's kind of false... Wouldn't you say life is more like a roller coaster? With ups and downs and highs and lows? With love and hate and sadness and joy? Because I know in my life, it's never been as simple as a straight line... ...But rather a beautifully well written story with its ups and downs. But you see, the ups and downs are what make life, LIFE! Without them, what would life even look like!? Well in this week's Weekly Wisdom, I want to share with you what I've come to realize is the backbone to all of our lives! And you aren't going to want to miss what I have to share Smiling

0:38.8

had to get better at that I just want to give her solutions but the best thing is to

0:42.2

let her talk through it, but don't think

0:44.2

I don't guide her along this path to give her the skills that took me years. I do the same thing

0:49.0

with my son. Took me years to figure out. And when I tell her talking to a nine-year-old, it makes me realize

0:55.5

the improvements I have to make or the changes I need to make. So let me just tell you

1:00.0

1:07.9

her friend, and when she's not, she treats her bad. It's not bullying, it's more like

exclusion and causing trouble my daughter just

1:14.2

didn't know how to handle it. So yesterday morning had a great conversation

whether about loving herself that's what I talked about last week and and be the

thermostat not the thermometer.

I told her Eleanor Roosevelt's quote of,
