Everything. by the end of this conversation. Everything that I read about The Exorcist over the years, just as a movie fan,

and that I heard about from people who watch the movie,

everything about it was about how shocking it was, how scary it was.

But no one ever told me how good it was.

This is a movie that, quite frankly, is a masterpiece in movie making, and that's something

that I wasn't prepared for when I watched it for the first time.

The actresses takes place in Georgetown, in Washington, D.C., and it revolves around a 12-year-old girl and her demonic possession.

It's terrifying because it's a child that you're watching and Satan speaking through a child.

But it's also terrifying because there seems to be no way to help her.

Her mother tries her best, goes to doctors, psychiatrists,

and then finally turns to the Catholic Church as a last resort,

to a priest named Father Karas,

trying to figure out what exactly is living within her own daughter.
