The evidence that exists against Tyler Robinson is actually much stronger than those text messages.

The text messages, which have timestamps, I'm sure law enforcement has those, those are, that's a confession is within those text messages. The text messages, which have time stamps, I'm sure law enforcement

important. But there are two other elements to the case against Tyler Robinson that Candace

neglects to mention. She acts like anybody who thinks Tyler Robinson is guilty is basing it only

on the text messages. When in fact, there is DNA evidence against Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson's DNA, and it's nearly impossible to fake DNA, was a 99.9% match with Tyler Robinson. His DNA was found on the rifle. It was found on the trigger of the rifle. It was found on the bolt action.

It was found on the towel that he uses a cheek rest.

His DNA was found on the screwdriver that law enforcement, when they were processing the crime scene after Charlie's murder, found on the roof.

I mean, Tyler Robinson's DNA was found at the scene of the crime,

a palm print and a footprint. And again, there's no mention of this. That's actually the

strongest case against Tyler Robinson is this DNA evidence. Because imagine for a second,

let's just back up for a second. If you look at homicide convictions or exonerations here in the United

States, those convictions and exonerations oftentimes rely on DNA evidence. So if DNA evidence,

if Candace is posing the idea that DNA evidence means nothing, then our entire system of justice

in our country when it comes to homicide

is what, completely fraudulent? Well, of course it matters in our system of justice. I don't know

why Candace is dismissing it, but that's an entirely new standard that she is setting that DNA

evidence means nothing. She doesn't even mention the DNA evidence. She also doesn't mention Tyler Robinson's confessions. He confessed three different times. And she says

that the commentators who are acting like there's overwhelming evidence against Tyler Robinson

are acting dishonestly. That's what Candice Owen said in the clip. You just heard her say that.
