going to be having a replay of one of my favorite episodes, the laser guy with Dr. Robert

Analic. That's right. So we were adding this now. I was being strategic about this because

I was thinking about you don't get your laser treatments or your light treatments during

the summer. You can, but dermatologists recommend against it because you are ultimately fixing

light damage and you want to stay out of the sun for like a good, I mean, honestly, we

all want to stay out of the sun. You're going to wear a ton of sunscreen, but like you can't

even go like outside in the summer if you just had a laser treatment, even with SPF 50

and like a hat, it's just like, get your money's worth. Do it when the summer is over.

When it finally cools down, the days are shorter. That's when you want to get your laser

treatments done. And Robert Analic is the guy to guide you through that. He specializes

in cosmetic dermatology. He's a board certified dermatologist and laser skin surgery. He's also

professor of dermatology at NYU. And now this originally aired in 2019. So it's an excellent

primer on how laser therapy works, laser facials, just how light therapy works in general.

It'll give you good basics to think about some treatments if that's something that you're

interested in doing for yourself. But I was thinking, Jess, it could be time to do a little
