Our charge as Christians is not to back away from these touchy subjects, but rather to stand

firm in the face of these enemies and continue to speak the hard truth.

We cannot do this recklessly or blindly, though.

We must go about the task with wisdom, counting the cost and preparing as best we can.

Preparation involves knowledge, skill sets, coordination, and tools.

This series will cover all of these categories, often blending them together depending on the particular subject.

Today, to get things started, we'll be looking at a host of weapons optics that are generally referred to as red dots.

We'll talk about why we think this subject is relevant, what the different classifications are,

and how we think through deciding between the different options that are available.
