is retiring from the Supreme Court, the oldest member of the liberal wing stepping down will

be replaced by another liberal.

So it's not going to change the balance of power in the Supreme Court.

But president Biden, as a candidate, had promised nominating a black woman.

And very quickly the conversation went to how about Kamala Harris?

She was the attorney general of California.

She's a black woman.
