Yes, and I've been enjoying the fact that Katie only booked breakfast for me at the hotel and no one else, so I was sitting there all on my own. I can't believe you actually ate it.

Not even, I watched you eat your breakfast without me. I'm not going to waste free food. Well, it's very lovely to have you all here. And we're actually here for a special behind the scenes episode today. We thought we do a little Q&A since we're all gathered here together. So we've got some questions here that listeners have been sending in

that we're going to try and answer for you as best we can.

This is Paige in Slovenia.

And I do have a question for all of you guys.

And that is, how do you guys maintain

your sanity being so immersed in the news and doing the research that you guys do on a daily

basis? Because I have to say, even though I love a continent away from America now, and my job is not the news,

I constantly feel like I'm about to lose my mind. So what are the strategies that you guys use

to help you feel normal and feel sane with these days? Thanks so much for everything that you guys do.

The podcast is amazing. Oh, thank you, Paige. Yeah, good question. How do we stay sane? Do we?

One of them is I don't look at my phone at the moment for the first hour of the day. That really

helps. That's quite so hard to get hold hour of the day. And that really helps.
