for businesses across industries.

BMW has named Milan Nadelcovic as its next leader.

The German automaker says that in May, he will become chairman of BMW's management board,

a position that's the equivalent to the CEO title in the U.S.

He joined BMW as a trainee in 1993 and has served as board member for production

since 2019. The European Union has opened an antitrust investigation into Google over concerns

it uses content uploaded online on platforms like YouTube to train its AI tools. The probe will

examine if Google distorts competition by imposing

unfair terms and conditions on publishers or by giving itself privileged access to their content.

Google could face fines if it's found to violate EU antitrust law. A Google spokesperson says

the complaint could stifle innovation. And Home Depot has forecast sales growth for next year

that was lower than analysts' expectations. Economic uncertainty and a stult housing market

have made homeowners more cautious about taking on big renovation projects. Home Depot says it
