Today we are going to talk about shadow work, but first today's Rosebud and Thorn.

My rose today is I am just so grateful for heating pads.

I am on day 5 of having stomach cramps, which is insanity and I am recording this from

the comfort of my couch or the heating pad on my stomach and that's the way.

My Thorn is that I broke a coffee scale or I didn't really break it.

It was broken when I woke up this morning and this is our second one.

We've been buying these like $10 scales to pull espresso on and if you're a coffee nerd

like me, you know it feels like you can't make your coffee if you don't have your scale.

And yeah, we broke it.

So we're in this dilemma now of like, do we buy a nice one that maybe you won't break

as easily or as my brain goes, it says do you deserve a nice one if you've already broken
