New York City to pontificate and educate on the week's energy, clean tech, and environmental

news.

Hi, how are you?

Good to hear from you guys. Before we hear more from you, I just want to introduce the format quickly and talk about what the podcast is all about.

So we've had this research focus show at Green Tech Media for a while now.

And this is a new format.

It's a chance for us to bring together a regular cast of energy experts

for a more lively free-flowing discussion on the forces driving clean tech.

And so starting today and coming out almost every week, we're going to be publishing a digest of recent energy news moderated by myself and

distilled by my co-host, Jigger Shaw, and Catherine Hamilton.

It is a really simple concept.

We're going to pick three topics that are hot each week, have a dialogue on those topics, and then at the end of the show we're going to have a segment called Tell us something we don't know, which will bring in maybe a surprise topic or

something novel happening in the week's news. So again very simple format and

with that brief explanation I want to bring in the other members of the Energy Gang.
