Before we get in, let's give you a little life update, a little behind the scenes situation.

So last Tuesday, I arrived back in South Africa. update a little behind the scenes situation.

So last Tuesday, I arrived back in South Africa back in Cape Town.

And it was actually, if you were following my Instagram, I was really nervous to come home,

to fly home, which is not actually usually like me, but I literally had to fly from Los Angeles to South Africa. That's like, I don't know if I've ever actually flown that far across the world

before. Actually, I've flown from Toronto to, no, I really don't, I've flown from Toronto to Australia. really don't I flow from Toronto to Australia I don't know what just further but

it was just like such a long travel situation it was Sunday evening at midnight leaving

LAX and then landing in New York New York morning but it was LAX like 4 a.m.

It was just a lot of time zones and I don't do well if I'm tired. I know that I'm like

half of a human like everyone and I was just nervous about sleeping on airplanes, etc. But it honestly ended up being

fine and I kept reaffirming to myself that everything's going to be good. It's going to be a

beautiful trip. It's going to be amazing. It's going to go fast. And it really did except for like

the last two hours. The last two hours, it's like, okay, get me home. So I arrived back at 10 p.m. on Tuesday. So I was like in an
