Hi, this is Josh Marshall, and this is the Josh Marshall podcast with Kate Riega.

Today, we're going to talk about the Republican investigations, such as they are.

The ones that the House Republicans are doing with what they call the

Biden crime family, and we've had a number of kind of deflating

revelations over the last few days.

We're going to talk about that.

We're also going to talk about Kate is going to preview next the next

Supreme Court season, you know, kind of like a reality show.

The next season they're going to drop next year, or I guess the decisions

come next year, and then their hearings and whatever they call them.

And then we're going to talk about, well, we're going to, you know,

we're a year out from Dobbs, but as you know, we still have the

implications and fall out and follow on actions of that decision still

percolating through the states, and as everyone expected and has largely

been the case, abortion has either been outlawed or de facto outlawed,

in much of red state America, but not everywhere.
