So here's what I want to do in this episode.

I want to talk about something that you can build in your heart so that jealousy ends.

Not the feelings, those may come and go, but so that you don't have to be jealous.

Literally, you don't have to be jealous ever again.

So let's get right into it, because it's a very, very simple idea.

So a couple of things about jealousy first.

Well there's jealousy, and then there's envy.

jealousy is the resentment from somebody having something that you think is yours.

Then there is envy, which is the feeling of wanting something that belongs to someone

The reason why I say that is these have subtle different nuances and undertones, but it

all pretty much comes across the bow as the same ambiguous hairball, right?
