article that is making waves in the Jewish community. Shira, I am sure that your texts,

Facebook feed, everything was overflowing about this month's cover of the Atlantic magazine.

Yeah, exactly. Yeah, this month's cover story by Franklin Four called The Golden Age of American Jews is ending.

Certainly garnered a lot of response in the Jewish community. And I don't want to say that it was a shock to a lot of people. There are a lot of people for whom it confirmed what they already suspected. But the basic premise that Jews in the United States had a certain sort of high watermark that has clearly ended in 2024 reverberated really loudly among the American Jewish

community. Shera, did you see the cover or did you read it online? I, of course, work at the

Atlantic, so our offices covered in copies of the actual magazine and the cover is something. I mean,

it's artistically lovely and has many

languages on it, which I think is a choice. And I wanted to ask you about that. I was a little

alarmed seeing English, Hebrew, and Yiddish on the cover. There was something about that

that I thought would kind of, can I say, confirm

ideas about U.S. jury's connection with Zionism, Israel just seemed confusing to me in some way,

in the same way that people confuse anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism. There was something about having
