When it comes to leaders, people who are in charge, we want them to have certain qualities,

like wisdom, honesty, fairness.

You can probably name a whole bunch more.

In today's story, we'll hear about a wise, honest and fair leader who's ready to step

down and to the contest he holds to decide who will take his place.
