recognized expert on military quality-of-life and defense policy. Prior to joining the Foundation, she held senior roles at the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Department of State, and has testified before Congress on issues ranging from defense reform to veteran support.
Her work has been featured by NPR, CNN, and The New York Times. A proud daughter of an Army veteran, she lives in Washington, D.C. with her two sons and rescue dog.
