hello mhm not a lot of new book talk this week kind of a fallow period we're gonna enter

One thing that happened. I'm not sure if we talked about in the show in various ways, our own, you know, glimpse into the world of books and reading on the

publishing business side is the advertising piece. We sell advertising on the side, on the

podcast, whatever. And as things, as the pandemic hit in full, or maybe as people

realized the pandemic was hitting in full in middle March.

A lot of those late March, April, May titles got bumped back, postponed, indefinitely, you know, suspended. And then over the next four to six weeks thereafter they started

getting reallocated and there's a bunch so really may and June are typically

really busy times for advertising and in July and August are pretty fallow on the whole just because of how the cycles goes.

But all that's got pushed back.

There were not as many May and June books coming out, so not as much advertising so historically speaking very very

light for us but then we're seeing huge July in August where stuff is really booked up like

today for example you you're going to hear

multiple ad spots for external sponsors, which maybe if you'd notice you pay attention

has been more internal stuff of late because they haven't been sold. So really up

through July 4th, it's been pretty slow, but now there's a whole bunch of stuff coming out.
