My guest today is Charlie from France. Charlie is one of our VIP members and a long time

member of Effortless English. And I will be talking to him in just a few minutes.

So first let me talk about a success strategy

that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, which is journalinging writing in a journal. Had some questions

about journaling and I thought I would talk a little more about it and how you can use journals to really get more success, more motivation, more energy in your life for all different things.

So, of course, a journal. life for all different things.

So, of course, a journal, it's like a diary, it's just a notebook, here's mine, it's right here.

So I just, I buy lots of these, I buy them all the time.

So one of these, I usually fill it in one month. So I'm writing

every day in this little book. It's just empty pages. You can find them cheaply.

You can get anywhere, like a little, you know, art store. I sometimes get sketchbooks, things like that.

And I write in it every day. You can do this in English

if you want to practice your English writing which will be great or you could write it in

your own language.

Now the difference again I mentioned before the difference between a

journal and a diary. A diary is kind of a record, a record of your life. You're just talking about, oh, today I did this.

Today I went to the store, Today I had a good day. Today I had a bad day.

That's a diary. Nothing wrong with a diary. Write a diary if you enjoy it. That's fine.
