Fearing he would be killed by the Taliban, he fled and embarked on a dangerous journey across multiple continents. He eventually reached the U.S.-Mexico border, where he hoped to find safety and a new life. Instead, he was arrested for illegal entry and now could be deported back to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
