It's not just that they're coming into our country and we don't know who they are and they could be bad people

is that once they're here we're not set up to deal with the problems.

Fox News was the story of an illegal alien who was deported at least five times has been arrested in the fatal hit and run

death of a 10-year-old boy in Midland, Texas.

as he was walking home from school. The suspect is being held by ice agents in

Texas. Officers found and arrested that guy that you see in the picture the day of

the crash. It happened in Midland, Texas. According to the county sheriff's office,

he'd been deported at least five times in the past.

10-year-old AJY's died to his injuries

last Friday morning after he was struck near an intersection. Family

describing the boy that you see there in that picture as the sweetest,

coolest, funniest little boy you ever would meet. The charges against the

suspect have been upgraded now to a hit and run

accident causing death.

So what are we supposed to do? Bring our hands, maybe have a nice funeral.

What a sweet boy he was.
