And welcome to a very late episode on this podcast in which I will be covering an original short story by Agatha Christie that has not been covered before on this podcast.

This is always a cause for celebration.

Today, we shall be discussing the Agatha Christie short story, The Edge.

But before we do, I have a few preliminaries to run through. First, as many of you know,

my third mystery novel in my mystery series, the Ghost Rider Mysteries, titled Sweet Spot,

is coming out at the end of this month, at the end of June, 26. This is a locked room,

mystery, folks. We've got a corpse that appears on a sealed desert compound.

How did it even get there, let alone whodunit? I think many of you will enjoy it, and there are

several Agatha Christie's that I was thinking of when I wrote it. I don't want to be more

specific now for fear of spoilers, but at some point I would love to get into it. Maybe while I'm on

on tour in person. I will be

celebrating that release with an official book launch at Diesel, a bookstore in Brentwood. That is my

local Los Angeles-based bookstore. I will be there on the evening of Wednesday, July 1st.

So anyone in the area, I would love to see you there. Diesel is a great

bookstore. I really love being able to support it as an author and a reader. And then two weeks

after that, I will be doing a one-week tour in the New England area. This is all happening the

week of July 13th. On Monday, July 13th, I'll be peering at an unlikely story

in Plainville, Massachusetts. That will be in conversation with Margo Duahey, who I have had recently

on the podcast. We will be discussing my books and her wonderful sister holiday mysteries.
