Heyman's I think who knows it's hard to say. But guess what y'all? Today is Wednesday of Easter

week. So if you've been following along then you've been following along since Palm Sundays, Sunday,

Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday.

If you haven't, hey, these episodes aren't super long.

You could go back and listen through all those but hey we are on Wednesday and

we're going to be sharing about the life of Jesus and those around him and

what's been happening leading up to Easter Sunday.

So Matt, take it away.

Yesterday we had a lot to read through and tomorrow we'll have a lot as well that catalog events and what Jesus is saying and yesterday

Jesus on that Tuesday taught in the temple complex and I mean it's just incredible. Today we have

Matthew chapter 26 verses 3 through 5 to read because Jesus on this day in the scripture is silent and that we

don't have recorded words from him but this is what we do know about what happened

on the Wednesday before Easter. This is Matthew 26, 3 through 5.

I'm going to read from the New Living translation. I wouldn't do my study out of the New Living

translation, but for retelling the story, I think it's very appropriate.

Here we go. At that same time, the leading priests and elders were meeting at the residents of Caiaphus, the high priest,

plotting how to capture Jesus and secretly kill him.

But not during the Passover celebration they agreed or the people may riot.
