Today, I'm joined by former NFL long-time, former NFL coach Marty Morningway,

because I wanted to get an outside perspective on Sam Howl.

I wanted someone from national perspective, someone who's been around the game.

This guy's been around with a number of teams, a number of young quarterbacks,

from Brett Favarr, he was around

Steve Young, Jeff Garcia when he was young, Gino Smith, all sorts of guys, you know, and I'm

leaving guys out because he's coached, Lamar Jackson, for goodness. So he's coached a lot of guys.

He likes what he's seen from Sam Howell. So wanted to bring him on to talk about him.

He writes for, you know, again, former head coach, former offensive coordinator.

So, you know, he's done a lot of things.

And I think I want, as I said, he brings good perspective.

He also writes for something called the 33rd team.

If you haven't checked him out, there's a lot of former executives, coaches who write for them

and provide insight. And so I think it's a worthwhile read wherever you can get it. So that's why I want

to bring them on. But before I get to my conversation with Marty, just wanted to go over a couple
