The State Department of Commerce will unveil a $45 million EV rebate program at Seattle City Light in Tuckwilla. The hope is

the effort will help lower-income consumers in Washington afford to purchase an electric vehicle.

A new survey of people who access Washington's syringe services shows many of them are using

both methamphetamine and fentanyl. 89% of respondents reported they had used meth in the past week.
