This chapter, I was not expecting for it to pack as emotional as a punch for me as it did.

Just because we know what happens. Blood and

cheese is almost a fandom cliche at this point. But between that and everything that happens

at Storm's End, I was really feeling the heartstrings being tugged at in this chapter. And it was

tragic to be reminded of how fast things get bloody and gross and intense.

It was a lot this chapter.

Like gross isn't having a little kid's head removed and then carried around like a bargaining chip.

Aiman just being wildly aggressive. definitely from this version there's no

like confusion about his intention and that fight right right no absolutely i loved about the show though

i love that translation of vagar bringing in a spirit from another time and and just doing her thing

in this guy versus listening to him.

I agree.

And that sort of aspect of Aiman's character fits the mold of people that he's following in his family,

you know, and fireblood up until this point. But the way that

Vagar led that moment in the show tracks with a lot of the adaptation changes. I don't even

know if you can call that at that point for the TV show because it's so uniform across the board.
