Hello, uglies, and welcome to a new episode of the Blay Brothers Creatures of the Night.

As always, we are your host, your ghost host for the evening, the Queens of Darkness,

the Blay Brothers, Jack Morda,

and Swantula. And tonight we are doing something really dumb. Really dumb and really fun.

Really dumb in honor of the theme. And tonight's theme is the dumbest final girls in horror history and why. So tonight we're talking about who we feel are the dumbest final girls.

And I want to explain why we're doing this tonight.

When we were reviewing Scream 7 a few weeks ago, we were talking about the fact that

Sidney Prescott came back and once again, everybody around her gets killed and all kinds

of people get chopped up and everything.

And it's all basically because she exists.

And it made me think about the fact, and this is probably an odd belief, but it is my belief.

Why didn't she just sacrifice herself to the killer so that all these people around her stop dying?

And then it made me think, you're kind of selfish because you're just... Okay, this is how Drac's minds work. This is how the process unfolds. Because I got introduced to this idea a couple weeks ago, too. Like, what makes her life more valuable? Like, she's on this side of the scale. Right. What makes her life more valuable all of his other people? And then all of a sudden, Drax's like jury and executioner. And now she's

guilty of being selfish. She's guilty. And I started, and I started going through all the final

girls. And I'm like, oh, you all are like little privileged bitches who are just sort of keeping yourself alive and getting everyone around you killed.

And I thought, you know what? I think we need to draw attention to that. So that's what we're doing tonight.

Now, I know that you all love your final girls. I know that you all go crazy about it. I know we're going to get bitched out.

I know that we're going to get, oh, you're going to attempt to correct us. It's not going to work because we don't care. But I know you're going to have opinions about this. But I am curious what our listeners' opinions are about the people we choose. Sure. So there's six total, right? But there's a, there's a thing in how we define what is dumb because i'm not saying

they're you know it's just a silly term they're not really unintelligent we're not saying

they're not good or any of these things for me i think they're what defines them as dumb is
