on this because this is funny. I have a segment on the weekend on Fox and Friends.

And occasionally I have Sean come on and do the Pop Culture Roundup with me.

And this week I had him come on and this last weekend.

It was Father's Day and we said let's do

we'll do we did some Father's Day stuff as well

we have a secret video from the kids

that they did which was really sweet

but before that in the pop culture segment

Sean and I both love Jillian Michaels because

we you know we love her workout videos

she's a was the of course lead person, the lead trainer on, you know,

the biggest loser, um, which was a very popular reality show where people, you know,

tried to lose weight and she was a pretty tough trainer.

And we've had her on the podcast before, but she recently made news because she was dissing on California and saying California's gotten too crazy even for liberal Jillian Michaels.
