kind of chuckle and to myself at how Washington shuts down when any kind of snow happens

was a pretty good snowfall yesterday. Yeah. You know, the lucky thing is, I guess, lucky,

unlucky, depending on who you are. The Congress is in. They're already here. So they don't

have any excuse to not get up here. And with all these members sleeping in their offices,
