You know, one of the hardest things for me to figure out once I left the game was how

to create my own schedule, like everything in football is so regimented, where they

schedule, what time you wake up, what time you come in to build and what time you eat lunch,

what time you go to practice, what time you work out, all the way through throughout.

And for the first time, you know, since I was probably seven, I don't have that.
