| 1:02.0 | Something happens when you fast, your hunger for God gets restored. |

| 1:09.0 | And fasting also delegates power to you to overcome carnal desires, |
| 1:16.6 | appetites of the flesh, things within us that we have. |
| 1:22.6 | You know, there are problems we have on the outside, there are problems we have on the inside. |

| 1:29.8 | And when we fast, we prepare for temptation by humbling ourselves before God |

| 1:39.6 | There's one thing that I want to highlight today is how fasting helps us to discover God's purpose. |
