All right. We've already kind of set it up, but we, you know, just for those who missed it,

we usually end every episode of Detin us with some shared perspectives, as we like to say.

But today we're beginning with them. That's right, at the top.

Yeah, let's start with a couple on the Indie Game Awards decision to disqualify Claire

obscure for its use of generative models.

I decided to look up the Indy Game Awards fact on Gen.

Gen.

I was surprised to find the statement so short and ill-defined. Games developed using generative AI are strictly ineligible for nomination. I mean, Rob said that exact word, but yeah, I realize you're like, let me look it up and make sure. And it's like, oh, no, that's all they said. Andrew continues, Gen AI is a very loose term to use here.

It seems IGA's main concern is art assets, but since they don't say that explicitly,
