Hamas leader Yaya sinwar who was blamed for the October 7th attack that resulted in

1200 Israeli deaths. Israeli foreign minister Israel Kats hailed

the operation as a significant military success, while Prime Minister Netanyahu described it as a turning point against Hamas.

Synwar's death occurred during an operation in Rafa where he was mistakenly

identified and later confirmed dead through dental and fingerprint analysis.

U.S. President Joe Biden expressed support for Israel and emphasized the need to

bring home the remaining hostages stating that the killing of Simwar

sends a clear message that terrorists will face justice.
