The House of Representatives passed a bill to sanction international criminal court officials in response to the court's attempt to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

This move has generated significant backlash from both Republicans and Democrats

as well as President Biden, who criticized the ICC's actions but opposed the GOP-led sanction effort.

The bill which passed with a 247 to 155 vote includes sanctions such as prohibiting U.S.

property transactions and blocking visas for individuals involved in investigating US allies.
