I fear for that. Russia has announced it will counter the U.S. plans to deploy long-range missiles in Germany,

viewing NATO's actions as a severe threat to its national security.

This announcement follows the NATO summit in Washington Washington where the U.S. and Germany

revealed their plan to deploy advanced long-range fire capabilities in Germany by 2026,

including SM6, tomahawkCris missiles and hypersonic weapons.

A new U.S. Air Defense Base in Poland was also declared operational, aimed at enhancing

NATO's missile shield.
