So what's the first story, Riley?

The House of Representatives has approved a significant $61 billion aid package for Ukraine,

aiming to bolster its defenses against Russians invasion.

This decision, which required a delicate bipartisan agreement, signifies a major push to provide military and economic support, including air defense systems, missiles, artillery shells, and over $9 billion in forgivable loans.

The package was passed with a vote of 311 to 112,

with all 210 Democrats and 101 Republicans backing the bill.

Ukrainian President Zelensky heralded the aid as essential for Ukraine's survival and success against Russian advances.

But the package is not limited to Ukraine.

It also includes $26.4 billion in military support for Israel,

with 9.1 billion of that allocated to humanitarian aid

for Gaza, and 8.1 billion for funding allies
