People always say you'll never regret going on a run. So here's a list of runs that I deeply regret going on. The time I peed in a neighbors long before dawn and then they turned on the front lights. The time I went running in a windstorm, rainstorm, snowstorm, flood watch, post-hauling, any day over 90 degrees, pretty much 80% in the year. The time I went running with my

boyfriend and he broke up with me halfway through the run and it was an out and back. The time I pooped in the woods on poison oak. The time I pooped in the woods on poison ivy. All of the runs I've listened to True Crime Podcasts on and the entire time I'm like this. There was one time that I had beats the night before I run and then I spent my entire run thinking that I was dying from internal bleeding. I regret all of those and then

some. I'm all of those.

And then some.

I'm actually regretting this run right now.

So I think I'm going to go home.
