Elton Sawyer, who is NASCAR's vice president of officiating and technical inspection,

which means he is overseeing a lot of stuff that's going on in the garage with officials,

as well as various other aspects of the NASCAR world.

For those who don't know, Elton Sawyer used to be an Xfinity series driver.

Back it was Bush series when he was driving,

he later went on to manage an MSA team and was part of Red Bull Racing,

and now was working on the NASCAR side of things.

And when I was asking people for suggestions for this series, Elton's name came up as someone

who has a lot of the aspects that I think would translate over to your office life in the

business world, whether it's management or working in an office or working

for a team at your job. So this is sort of geared toward that. I was trying to ask him questions

where hopefully you could listen to this and even though it's about NASCAR sort of apply it to

your own life. So in that sense, I hope it's helpful for people or if anybody wants to pass it on.
