So, did anyone even hear it aside from Matt? 5:40pm- Donald Trump announced that Tom Homan will serve as his administration’s “border czar.” In 2019, while serving as the Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homan famously destroyed Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez as the two debated illegal migration during a House Oversight Committee hearing. 5:50pm- MSNBC host Joy Reid outlandishly “blamed” Latino men for Donald Trump’s election win—accusing Latino men of voting for Trump even though he wants to deport “your abuelas.” As Rich notes, contrary to Reid’s racist claims, Latino voters are Americans. And they don’t need to fear deportation.
