My name is Jill Mark Witt.

And I'm Antonia Dodge.

So I'm going to give you a little bit of history

on a couple different things

to frame the purpose of this particular podcast subject.

If you are reading the line item on the or the title of this you'll see that it's called

the drinking pod or the drinking episode and we're going to be imbibing an alcohol in this

particular episode now there's a reason for this which will all be

justifications probably but we have some thoughts around this why we think that this is an interesting

podcast to do.

So a long time ago, back when I lived on the West Coast, I used to listen to a morning show

that came, was syndicated out of Los Angeles called the Mark and

Brian show and I think they were on for like 25 years I don't think they're still

on the air but every year they would do this because they were on for four hours in the morning

they would do the drinking episode where they would just get steadily more drunk on the

air during those four hours and was always hilarious or at least in my opinion was hilarious.

And I remembered that, and I brought it to Joel.
