That's a great question. It's wet. Yeah raining. Not a lot going on really.

The South East is good Greg. It's quite... We've had a downpour as you all know,

a whole type of a story. There was a... So there's been a downpour which has meant that my flat has

developed a leak through the ceiling, which is just out of shot here to your right

for the benefit of, say, unpointing towards the leak in the ceiling. And I've been having a

bit of back and forth about fixing that with the man under adjacent flat who's having similar

structural issues with his flat. And after about a six email, he went to me, PS, go well.

And in a small way, it made the leak in my ceiling worth it.
