Good day. Hello, everyone. I'm Renee Steeleman, the host of She Became Visible. Thank you so much for joining me today. It is a beautiful fall day in Utah, and we are enjoying the ability to actually have seasons. That's one of the things

that we gave up when we moved to Arizona. And they have seasons. It's called a little bit cooler

and really hot. I don't know if those are actual seasons, but that's kind of what

they have in Arizona. And we moved there from the Pacific Northwest, and they have a fabulous fall.

And I love their spring and their summer. Their summer is a little wet for me. And the winter is

rain. So I don't know. I'm really enjoying the beautiful colors here in Utah. And I hope all of you are

enjoying fall wherever you are. So let's get into our discussion today. We are going to be talking

about cognitive dissonance today. And let me pull up my slides again

because I wanted to, it's one of those things that I've never heard of. I actually never even

thought that trying to control two different ideas in my mind was something that could cause me a lot of stress,

depression. I didn't really think of it as being that traumatic of a thought process,
