What is going on, everybody. Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros podcast. As always, I am your host,

Mike Milner. Today's episode, we're going to go over something pretty fascinating that I think

will be a huge awareness piece in this journey, this lovely journey that we're all on for

better health and, I don't know, at the end of the day, we just all want to be the best versions of ourselves,

Maybe that's a bold assumption.

But I'm assuming that's the case.

We all have our specific individual accomplishments that we want,

whether that's strength, muscle, fat loss, performance, longevity.

But at the end of the day, I feel like we can sum it all up by saying,

we want to be the best versions of ourselves.

And I don't like leaving progress on the table in the sense that I know for me personally,

if I'm doing something and I know that I could be better and I know that I have more to give,

I know that I have more to offer, that's just that little bit of progress that I'm leaving

on the table that just nag, I don't know, it bothers me.

And I think that, I think maybe if you're listening to this, you can relate to that feeling where

you might be doing stuff well, but you know you can be doing it better. You might be,

you know, you've come a long way. You've found strength training and you're prioritizing your

nutrition. You've got a lot of good habits in place. But then you're like, there's definitely a

next step.

There's definitely another level that I could achieve. And I feel like that's a great place to be.
